Hello! I am so excited to announce the launch of my new design business HOUSE OF MOON.
My dad is a general contractor, my mom was into interior design, and my sister is a graphic designer. You can say design is in my blood! My earliest childhood memories are of running the roads with my dad on my days off from school. Whether it was a clients house, the tile store, lighting store, or our local home improvement store I always found myself wandering around laying out designs for imaginary homes. My other favorite activity as a child was to participate in the kids workshops held on Saturday mornings at our local Home Depot.
My love for design never stopped! As a young adult I took a year of CAD & Architecture Design in college. I felt college was not for me and left. I took a few years to try out some other business ideas but found myself constantly craving home design. I decided to take online classes to become an interior designer and start my dream of designing. I’ve been working hard for the past year to complete my classes and launch my business.
My love for design really showed when my husband and I fully renovated a small in-law apartment we are renting. We learned so much stripping the house down to its bones and building it back up to our modern coastal taste. I learned that I can design the home of my dreams on a tight budget. I want to help others see that they can do the same. Having that goal, I launched my business and created design packages with first time buyers in mind. My team and I work with you every step of the way to help make your house a home.
